The interview process lasted for one month with 6 rounds of interview which was completely wasting the candidate efforts and time.
2 round of technical interview followed by sr. director, vp and then EL where initially you will receive very good feedback and response from HR and then all of sudden these people starts noticing the no of jobs you switched which is no where relevant to technical skills on which candidate is evaluated and taken further.
If the company has criteria of looking to job changes, do a proper screening of candidature and recruiters don't even have correct feedback to share after holding the candidature for one month.
Don't fall on positive reviews on glassdoor and invest time/efforts somewhere else in better organization where there is proper interview process & fair evaluation is done.
