You interview with most of the managing staff. Kind of panel like. Be prepared to be uncomfortable. If you are like, most likely will be allowed to proceed to the next step shortly there after.

From the time you fill out the application to meeting with the initial Mgr is fairly very quick. Once the Initial Mgr. has determined if they feel you may be a good fit you will do a few quick tests. After those tests are complete and passing you will then go for a drug and back ground check. Then from there you will have a phone interview with a third party to determine if they feel you are a good fit for the organization. When all of this has been cleared you will then be asked to come back for a final interview. This will be the final point in the process where it will be determined if the company and yourself are a good fit for each other.
