I submitted my resume online. Received a phone call from corporate answering a few basic questions and set up an in person interview. I filled out an application and toured the facility.

How long I was a nurse assistant? What I would do in different situations.
Negative: two interviewees sat behind a desk which left left me feeling overwhelmed.
Positive: Friendly, tour of site, honest with issues currently affecting company.
Needed to give more information on remuneration and company benefits.
