Western Medical Center- Santa Ana interview questions

I received a phone call from management to schedule an in-person interview after filling out a paper application in the Human Resources Dept. The interview process was simple and informal. A few main points discussed were if I had any experience working with various medical insurances, schedule availability and whether or not I would be able to deal with difficult patients.
