Western Aircraft interview questions

Phone call board interview. Very conversational. Asked specific questions based on my experience and discussed company culture and expectations. Very approachable and low threat board members. Talked about military maintenance experience, the asked how I'd feel about line work after being a senior military member.

The interview was quite thorough and positive. Manager was very friendly and asked a lot of questions. The interview lasted for only about 15-20 minutes, but a good amount of information was covered. Was very comfortable and confident.
