The interview was quite thorough and positive. Manager was very friendly and asked a lot of questions. The interview lasted for only about 15-20 minutes, but a good amount of information was covered. Was very comfortable and confident.

Was asked what my background in Aviation was, what places I've worked, and what my strengths were In addition had the chance to identify the different types of systems I've troubleshot, inspected, and maintained.

Interview
This was a phone interview. The manager called, explained the position requirements and average day to day. They inquired into my Airframe history, troubleshooting skills, tooling experience, etc. Asked a ballpark of pay that I would be interested, and then I received an offer a few days later.
