A phone interview was conducted first, followed by online assessments, and finally an in-person interviews was conducted. The online evaluations contained a personality quiz, math, and English questions. It was very straight forward.

A long time until the first phone interview: didn't take it seriously. The company is asking too much for too little pay. If it's your desired field and you have no experience, it can be a foot in the door..that's about it.
