Informal process. Felt like you were joining a family. One on One interview with Department Head. Very detailed in explaining responsibilities. Tour of department, work space, and adjunct office. Introduced to other current adjunct faculty within the department and Full time faculty during tour. Questions asked during one and one and during the tour and introductions, this process eased my nerves considerably. Allowed me to review faculty syllibi within the department.
