The interview process at Intrado was great compared to some other companies that I was interviewing with. Everyone involved in the process was personable and genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person besides my skill set. I am grateful to have found a good culture fit where I can learn and grow in my role.

Initial telephone chat with Anna who asked why I thought I was suitable for the role. Second interview with client services then a third interview with specific webcasting team directors in the US. Each person I “virtually” met with (all done via webex) was polite, professional, and above all welcoming, and made me feel like I would be wanted and valued in the organisation.
