Collect and submit resume, CV, personal statements, and transcripts. Qualifies candidates are screened by a board and rated for assignment to positions. Those that pass the board may be interviewed by phone or in person.

Interview
The AP position is a 3-year, non-renewable contract where you only need to teach one course, four days per week, over a 9-month period, with a 12-month salary. The contract also allows for no work obligations during the summer. However, given the non-renewable nature of the contract and my age, I will not be advancing to the next stage. On a positive note, the interviewers were very friendly! And, the pay and work load is great plus for young researchers aims to apply for academic job.
