First came the screening interview, which was over the phone with the Director of HR. It was short and involved more general interview questions.
Next was an interview with the department head and the Director of HR and was more involved than the screening interview, consisting of both general interview questions as well as several questions pertaining to the job description and my ability to fulfill the role. This was the most difficult of the four interviews.
The third interview was with the department heads in different areas of the company, involving both general interview questions as well as asking about my experience in cross department coordinating, experience in specific areas, etc.
The fourth and final interview was with the entire marketing department. There were approximately five people interviewing me, all asking about my relevant skill set and various inquiries about my ability to succeed in the posted role.
