Interview
Three rounds of interviews with different people. The first was a phone screening with a recruiter on basic behavioral questions. Second and third interviews were with different product designers at various levels speaking more on my experience with UX and how I think. Overall, the experience was positive and welcoming. I was able to ask a lot of questions about company culture.
First stage was the Spark Hire Video Interview and then you'd be asked to do a Zoom Interview that is around an hour and a half long. In my cased, I talked to a manager and a creative lead. They were both friendly and the interview process was pretty clear.
