I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at West Monroe (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Started with an on-campus event and a short meet and greet. Eventually, about 3 weeks later, they got around to calling me back for an on-campus interview where they asked about my course load and some relevant work experience.
After about a week, I received an email that I was invited to be a part of an interview session in the Seattle office. Here, they taught about 18 of us about the company and the direction its headed, as well as what they do on a day to day basis.
They were very nice and happy to see a bunch of young potential new employees.

Question 1
Nothing to abnormal for a consultant position. There was a case interview, a normal interview, and lunch with other members of the company, which isn't listed as an interview but definitely seemed like one.
First round was HireVue, then responded 2-3 weeks later inviting to final round. Final round had a case study, and 2 different behavioral interviews before the case study. Case study not impossible, but not easy.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume and how it fits the responsibilities of this position.
Three round - skills, behavioral, case. Very succinct and straight forward. No trick questions, reasonable interviewers who are friendly. Would recommend firm for new grads, seems like there’s hands on project experience
3 parts - behavioral, skills and case. each section is led by a different interviewer. case interview is the most difficult but seemed pretty straightforward. skills interview is only for technical practices - otherwise its essentially a second behavioral interview
