Interview
The District Manager met me at the training store, in which I ended up training at. We talked about why I chose to work there, went over details of job responsibility, the type of crew I would be working with, changing shifts (open and close duties and responsibilities), and career advancement possibilities. The structure of policies, procedures, were discussed. Advancement into other departments is an option after starting at the store level, to move into office positions and get out of the store level.
The interviewer was very nice and friendly. They allowed me to go through specific examples that highlighted my professional qualifications. They took the time to discuss benefits and perks of the job.

Long and annoying i hate it i wont work there nope never nooooo way they need to offer so much more money to keep up with the market i would come back for double
