I applied online and got called for an interview a few days later. The experience was pretty positive. I was nervous as this was my first ever interview but one of the workers took the time to approach me and reassure me which really helped. The manager was polite, straight forward, very no nonsense. She mostly asked me basic questions about my math skills and whether I'd ever stolen anything. I was offered the job but couldn't take it because the orientation would have happened at a different Wendy's location that was over an hour away and there was just no way I could make it there.
