I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Wellth in Sep 2024
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the hiring manager 3 weeks later to set up an interview. After the HM interview I was tasked with finding time with 3 other team members for panel interviews. It was an awkward and somewhat unprofessional experience having to reach out to the team to organize my own interviews. I was also given a case study to complete and present to the hiring manager. After I completed those steps I waited 3 weeks for the final decision. Overall the structure made sense, but the execution was disorganized and at times inconsiderate of the candidate's time in the process. I suspect this was a reflection of the hiring manager rather than Wellth overall, but I cannot be certain.

Question 1
Q: How have you worked with other teams in the past to achieve your objectives?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wellth (Ban Som Phone) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was fairly usual, with three interviews, starting with a VP and CxO, then that same VP and CxO + CEO, then the HR lead and an employee who would be a direct report.
However, after three separate interview and multiple hours of preparation, I received a rejection form letter. That was a definite sign of disrespect.
