Interview
Initial interview was a screening with human resources and then an interview was set up with the leader within the department. Many of the questions was related to why I was leaving my current role and what drew me to this role.

The one question that was the most perplexing was questions pertaining to roles that I had previously had that were not related to the role in which I was applying for.

Interview
VERY slow process in that it took 5 months from the time that I applied until the time I learned that they were going to look for more candidates. Interviewed in person on two separate occasions with a total of 15-16 people. I really liked the organization but felt like they really didn't know what they wanted. Overall great experience as they seemed to be a great organization and very hospitable throughout the process.

Interview
The interview process when I was hired was painless and easy. It has changed since then with new management. They also required a personality test to make sure that I was a good cultural fit, which was interesting.
