Company looks at the very initial stage and they are open to different sort of position, which may mean not being very clear about the requirements. 5-6 software people in the company. The interview probably at the position of team lead may ask all general sorts of questions like describe what you are doing and may check some awareness of the things you are using in your project. Phone interview lasted for 25 mins and got rejection the same evening. I have been working on RoR on last 2 yrs for which I applied and questions were not specific to job profile posted. I almost got the sense of being rejected before the phone call ended.
