I applied online. I interviewed at Wellington College in Feb 2025
Interview
A very long process took over 2 hours, involving separate conversations with relevant staff and HR. Talked about what was relevant in the job, gave a tour of the school and different areas away from the art block. All documents needed to be brought to HR on the day, had to spend a little bit of time waiting around as HR were talking to a different candidate.

Question 1
Why do you think your experience makes you a good fit for this role?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellington College in Jun 2024
Interview
Informal tour and chat for 30 mins, then formal interview with 2 members of staff for 30 mins on site. Displayed thinly veiled prejudice towards the underprivileged school I had previously worked in. Did not give me a chance to speak French fully.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wellington College
Interview
Interviewed twice by different people. At the beginning only head of primary and then a panel of other leadership members.
They have been very welcoming and positive, they seemed genuinely interested in my skills and how I could contribute to the school community.
