Interview process was reasonable. I was connected with a peer in the org to ask them questions about their day to day, which I appreciated. I had a total of 3 rounds of interviews before getting an offer.

The hiring process consisted in 4 steps (HR, SDR Manager, Sales Development Manager and Client Success Manager). They are really focused on you as a person and on your soft skills and if you can truly be part of the team and the culture. HR gives you right away all the information you might need in order to move forward and also the career path you can expect within the company.
