It was pretty easy. I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview. I left town so I had my final interview over skype and was offered the position 3 hours later.

It was a 3 round interview process. First, with HR, second with the direct manager, and lastly with the Marketing Director. The process was smooth, although I believe the job description was not well-written.
