1: 1 Chat with one of the Directors at their offices. He explained the business and what he was looking for and asked a few questions in terms of my experience and what I knew about their company. The interviewer didn't come across very enthusiastic and was fairly serious and unappreciative of my time as was 10 minutes late.

The hiring manager did not even spoke professional English and had just moved to the US and was hiring for a US based role.
