Completed 3 rounds of interviews and then was ghosted after being told they would keep me posted. I thought it was unprofessional. Interviewees spend hours preparing for interviews and take time off work. Have some courtesy to give a response to people who made it further in the process.
I applied through university. I interviewed at WellDoc (Bengaluru) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was a pre-placement interview which happened via a 3 stage hackathon with the final round conducted in their bangalore office. While the employees are great and friendly, I'm not that fond of the company's work policies... Which apparently includes no fixed work hours (not in a positive way, you'll be expected to work past your work timings most often and even on Sundays mostly)

s an engineer, how would you design a system that ensures patient data privacy while still enabling meaningful analytics for doctors?
First round with recruiter through a phone call.
Second round is a video interview with hiring manager and product designer. Team is very nice and the work that they’re doing seems super interesting.
