WellDev Jr. Software Engineer interview questions

The interview was conducted online in a multiple-choice question (MCQ) format, primarily designed to assess fundamental core concepts of Computer Science, such as Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and essential programming skills. It tested problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and understanding of core programming principles.

First round was an online screening test, consisting of numerous multiple choice questions from various aspects: data structures, OOP, maths, output tracking, history (!), databases, programming language syntax, HTTP, basic networking, APIs etc. The whole session is tracked and recorded through their testing platform. Second round was also held online. First part was an HR representative asking basic questions, expected salary range etc. Second part was a coding interview where 2 engineers ask questions about various topics, also gave 2 problems to solve.
