It was well structured and organized. You speak to a representative over the phone that asks a series of questions. The interview last for approximately 30-45 minutes. You wait 2-3 days to be notified about whether or not you will be invited to an interview person interview.

Interview
It was a phone interview with the next step being an in person interview.
I was absolutely not impressed. I was asked three different ways what other department I was interested in.
