Interview
The interview process was quite thorough. First there was an online "interview" consisting of questions you must answer after watching a presentation of your prospective job's duties. If selected, you will be asked to participate in two phone interviews by different HR representatives. If you pass this phase, you are called in for an interview at the store with your prospective manager and the head of HR.
Apply online. In a few days I received a message to schedule a phone interview. Then you are scheduled for a video interview or in person interview with the hiring team.

interview process was great and provided great information regarding the company and culture set by the wegmans brand. I think this company truly cares for what they stand for and it reflects in the employees who run the operations

Interview
Interview was handled by the employee advocate and one of the head chefs of the store. Basic experience questions, able to work in an environment where you do stuff, etc etc.
