There is a phone interview and about two in-person interviews. The phone interview was with a person from HR (corporate) and the in-person interviews were conducted with current staff. The entire process took about 3 weeks to complete and I am very glad that I got to work at Wegmans.

Hiring Process total took 15 days. I got a call back a day after I applied to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview they said they would call back in 1-2 weeks to let me know if they wanted to proceed with me. The next day I got a call to schedule an in person interview. After I did this interview they told me again in 1-2 weeks they would get back to me. 2 days later they offered me the position.

Thorough HR interview which goes over morals and values primarily. A good start and the people at the top are very caring and helpful. They will hire most people as long as they are good people.
