I was interviewed by two managers who went back and forth asking questions from a sheet and then writing down my responses.
Standard situational interview questions about past work experiences and my reactions to them.
Some background related questions about past jobs. They stressed that they want people who want to stay with the company for a long time. They said they generally promote from within.

Interview
Pretty straightforward interview, with the basic behavioral questions (tell me about a time that...). I met with a Human Resources Manager, then I met with the warehouse manager. The interviews lasted a little more than an hour. It seems that they were looking for a good fit in terms of personality and how well I would fit into their mission statement. Honestly, I thought the interviewing process would be more difficult.
