I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
I've had a total of 4 interviews, the first being a phone interview. The questions they ask are the same as any other jobs but because it's wegmans and they are really picky about who they hire, you really have to think about what you say. They interviewers were really nice but the only problem I didnt like was that I initially applied for a position in the bakery and after the second interview, they were asking me questions regarding the cashier position. They had already filled the positions for the bakeries but they didn't tell me that and when I told the last interviewer (Alexis from wegmans buffalo, ny) it seemed like she didnt care and went on with the interview anyway.
