This is my second time working for wegmans. obviously that means i had to go through the interview process all over again. i will not make this as long as my other description years ago. Phone interview, in person interview (with random person), department manager interview (usually for the area you will be offered), Job offer on 4th visit. Smile, be friendly, empahsize on customer service and experiences and you got it in the bag. I got the job twice so take my advice. They tell me everytime only 1 in 100 applicants are chosen so its not easy to be hired.

I had a phone interview first that was with basic interview questions and also screened my background. After that interview, I was asked to interview with a member of HR in-person and got asked similar questions and some that went more in-depth on my skills and experience.
