They asked questions about your experience, what you would do in specific scenarios, as well as random questions such as a "new recipe you recently tried and why you enjoyed it" to determine your personality and social skills. Interview
I submitted an application online and got an email a week later requesting a phone interview. They just asked basic questions during the phone interview about why I would be a good fit for the job and why I wanted to work at wegmans. A few days later I got another phone call where they asked to set up another interview over microsoft teams. That interview mainly consisted of questions about what you would do if so and so happened, and teamwork. The next day they called and offered me the job.
