Essentially, you complete a lengthy application ONLINE ONLY. Then, you will conduct a phone interview, one in person interview with the Employee Representative, and another with a Manager for a total of three interviews. The interview is fairly laid back, and generally very simple. Not difficult at all. After all what can you expect at a grocery store?

What is an example of a time you had a disagreement with someone in a group, and how did you solve it?
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.

Easy and they were very welcoming and kind and gracious and let me speak my mind and whatever I thought about the role and if I had any concerns about my ability

Phone screening with HR and in person interview with management. Everyone is beyond friendly. Pleasant experience overall. Recommend to students as this is a flexible role. There is also growth to work in other departments.
