It was a screening phone interview. Fairly standard questions. I got a notice to schedule less than 24 hours after submitting an application. You pick a time slot from the options.

A lot of standard questions like: Why do you want to work for Wegmans? What are your short and long term goals? What is your availability? When are you available to start? How would you deal with an upset customer? Why are you interested in stocking at Wegmans? What questions do you have?

Interview
The interview was a one on one session. Interviewer used a very standardized list of pre-fabricated questions while conducting the interview process. Tour of the facility was included as part of the interview process.
Applied online, they responded within 2 days. The interview took place over the phone for about half an hour. They were mainly asking questions about my availability and what interested me about the position.
