I had a one on one interview with the store manager, we went through my CV, talked about why I would be best for the job, what it means to be a sales advisor and about the store
Group interview with around 10 people, doing creative tasks and forward thinking ones. Quite easy as it felt more collaborative. I did not find it hard at all and the staff was really nice.

It was a group interview with us being taught about the ethics of the company, deciding what the new fashion trends will be and how WEEKDAY can improve their layout.
