Prior to my interviews with WebFX, I had read nearly all of the Glassdoor reviews and they all said much of the same. Lengthy hiring process, odd questions, a written interview and personality tests. This is exactly what I experienced. Knowing that most interviewees do not get hired, I was prepared but hopeful as I went through 4 interviews, 2 personality tests, and a lengthy application that you must submit after the initial application of a resume and cover letter. I was treated kindly throughout the entire process. However, there was no reason for me to go through all of those interviews being asked the same types of questions to not be offered a position in the end. I hope for the sake of all recent grads looking for a job that they avoid WebFX. While it is good interview practice, do not expect to get hired there. The only reason I do not give a negative rating is because of how kind they were to me.
