It's a difficult interview process getting into the company. Probability 1/10th as hard as a big tech company like Google or Facebook, but more steps and questions than other interviews that I had at other companies. Overall, I got the job and love the company so I think their interview process is brilliant! If I didn't get the job, then the extra interview steps would have been a waste of time for me.

The interview process can be a little intimidating with all of the steps involved, but they're up front with all of it. I had a written interview, a phone interview, a one-on-one interview, and a panel interview. The most challenging was the panel, because they require you to give a presentation before the question portion.
