met with the owner, the owner is nice. the interview was pretty normal. took only 30 mins, small company and i only see women working there except the boss. it has about 4 people work there. he explained what the position is and ask me if i m willing take on another responsibility if ihave free time. it's awkward.

if u have free time, would u take the responsibility of production?
we are small company and may not be able to offer what you expect. (i sent them resume with salary expectation as his ad requested. cost of living in nyc is HIGH right now)
