The senior manager was very rude during the interview. she asked question about why I am leaving my new job and laughed. They could have not interviewed me since they know I just got a recent job

The interview process is a series of steps that a company or organization goes through to evaluate a job candidate's skills, qualifications, and fit for a particular role. Typically, the interview process includes the following steps: Resume screening: The first step in the interview process is to review the candidate's resume and cover letter. The hiring manager or a member of the HR team will assess the candidate's qualifications, work experience, and education to determine if they meet the minimum requirements for the role.
- Initial interview: If the candidate is successful in the phone screening, they may be invited for an in-person or video interview. During this initial interview, the hiring manager or a representative from the HR team will ask the candidate more in-depth questions about their qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

Went through the 4 stages of the interview process despite the obvious red flag of the mass exodus on the UX team over the past year and the company layoffs. Ghosted in the end. The team was kind, but overall seemed to lack confidence and decisiveness in their hiring process.
- I can’t remember! Pretty standard questions.

Met first with a member of their HR team, then a second more specialized interview. The HR resource was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the process. The more specialized interview helped to clarify the role further
- They tasked us with preparing and presenting a portfolio of past work

Behavioral, then technical interview, take home assessment, then final behavioral interview. All were fairly straightforward and what I expected - standard interview questions. Interviewers were all very friendly and encouraging. Great experience!
- Tell us about a project you worked on and the business value it added

Poor interview process. One interviewer was eating nuts during the session and they seem to be very old-fashioned with questioning styles. They also ghost you after the interview is conducted and a few weeks later all of a sudden you receive updates...
- General questions from a sheet...

IT was pretty sporadic but I think thats the pace of all tech interviews. Quick turn around times for meeting then a week before feedback. I made it to the last round but ultimately decided on another position that gave me more confidence.
- Tell me about a time that you innovated

Wonderful as it took little to no effort to express myself. The interviewer will ask questions about the applicant's experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking in the optimal candidate for the job
- Could you tell me about yourself and describe your background in brief? ... How did you hear about this position? ... What type of work environment do you prefer? ... How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations? ... Do you prefer working independently or on a team?

Quick reply to application. Initial phone call, follow up. Recruiter provided good feedback, including on my salary expectations. Encouraged me to keep in touch. Overall a very positive experience. I would apply again if a similar role opened.
- Describe your experience being a business partner.

had couple of meeting with various individuals, had to answer some tax questions accordingly to assess my knowledge then met with the team accordingly. the team is also very accommodating with time and date as everyone is in a different time zone.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses? How many years have you prepared tax return and how many on average during tax season?
