A phone screening and interview with hiring manager. Process was pretty easy and questions were very standard for a phone agent role. Interviews were all done through Zoom. Turnaround time was quick as I had an offer shortly after my final interview.

Poor interview process. One interviewer was eating nuts during the session and they seem to be very old-fashioned with questioning styles. They also ghost you after the interview is conducted and a few weeks later all of a sudden you receive updates...
