Set up a short 20 minute phone call. Then set up in person interview. Company was very respectful of the process i felt treated well and honoured. Small company so their HR department is not big, met everyone there and they hire for fit- show hard working and fit culture, professional international business is what they do in raw materials industry and they dont hire entry level- expect you to perform and learn quickly. positive
