      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayvia (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

The interview process was somewhat lengthy but is was well worth it. I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter initially and had a discussion about the position and what I can expect. Then had an initial screening by the HR (standard questions). After that I went through next step which was interviewing with one of their PMs for 45 minutes before going through their final round which included a panel interview with 3 people then 3 1-1 interviews from VPs to CTO. All and all, it is so clear that this company has amazing staffs, very professional yet friendly. I felt I was at home although the interview questions were getting tough occasionally. By the way, the whole process took about 3-4 weeks. Really excited to join this great team!

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wayvia (Irvine, CA) in Aug 2021

      Interview

The hiring manager got on and immediately was just very disinterested even going so far as saying "Lets not make this go any longer then needed lets just do this as fast as possible". He just gave off the impression he didn't want to be there or maybe he was over worked. He gave me a very brief understanding of him and he only started working there a year. Within the first couple minutes I knew this wasn't the culture or the company I wanted to be in. Even after I went through my background he just moved straight into the agile questions he was just reading off the paper. I don't even think he listened to me after I said what my background was. This was the first interview with the company and it probably was one of the worst interviewer I have had. Even at the end when he asked if I had questions he didn't even want to answer them and said "You can find that on our website".
