I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
First contacted by recruiter for a TA (talent acquisition) Screen (30 min phone call), then moved to the Hiring Manager Interview (30 min video), and then a "Panel" Interview that consisted of three 30min interviews and one 45min case.

Interview
I was scheduled for an interview. I get on the call, wait for 5 minutes, and then I see that they moved my interview time (after the interview started). Ok, fine. A few days later I get on the interview, wait 10 minutes, and then they moved it again!
Keep in mind I received no email explaining why the interview was moved. The interview was moved twice, during the time the interview as supposed to take place. I followed up with my recruiter during the 2nd interview to see if they were going to be able to attend. No answer.
Honestly the least amount of effort that has been put into any interview I have ever been apart of. I am totally comfortable with an interview being rescheduled, but not after the interview has started, twice, with no communication.

Interview
The interview process was quick (which was nice) and easily scheduled. However, the primary recruiter I spoke with was very 'canned' and lacked connection. The interview felt very cold. The interview with the manager was also 'canned' but had a bit more interaction. I received a response pretty quickly, but again very 'canned' and did not provide any direct feedback that can help me in the future. Then, I completed the interview feedback questionairre with the promise of a 10% of Wayfair coupon which has yet to materialize. Why offer that as an incentive if they aren't going to actually send it?
