I submitted my resume on Wayfair's site, I was contacted by a recruiter via email. I scheduled a phone interview and we discussed my qualifications. I was contacted 2 days later by a supervisor in the Service Dept. I was called 1 week later to offer me the position.

What qualities have you obtained from prvious jobs, that make you a good fit for Wayfair?
Describe a time when you had to calm an irate customer down.
I went through the entire process and assessment. I did good far as I could see, and I had a good resume, I still did not get the position. It seems like It would be a good opportunity, but you would need to be next to perfect to get chosen for the position.

Very simple process, not many questions of substance asked. Just prepare for the general type of interview questions. They seem to be going the more traditional route with the interview process.
