Question 1
Describe a time you needed to work under pressure, how you executed and what the outcome was.
I applied online and got an email from a recruiter a few days later to schedule a phone screen. Before we even got into talking about my background/role etc., he mentioned that the role would be based in their HQ in Boston and asked if I would be open to relocation. I said no, and he said he would circle back with the team to see if they are open to remote work. He said he'd get back to me within the next few days. I ended up just getting an automated rejection email — just such a strange experience, especially given that we've been working remotely for the last 18 months...

Interview
The process began with an HR recruiter interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I was given a case assignment which took me about an hour to create. I passed the case and got moved to the next round which was an interview with the hiring manager (45 minutes). After that, I had my final interview which was with a panel of colleagues who made up the team. The panel interview lasted about two hours. Everything up until then was great. I was told it was between me and one other person, who was also in the final stages. I attempted to check in with the recruiter as instructed after my interview to let them know how it went, and received no response back. I tried calling and sent one more email thereafter, still to hear nothing back. Over the course of almost two weeks after my final interview, I heard absolutely nothing back from my recruiter. In the end, I was made aware I did not get the job through a no-reply email from the recruiting team. It felt very impersonal and careless to learn I did not get the job through a no-reply email after a two month long, multi-level and time consuming interview process. Definitely disappointed in how this process closed.
