I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wavetronix in Sep 2025
Interview
First round of interviews was not what I expected. I thought there would be some technical skill but that is not at all what they did instead i guess it was more to gauge charisma. It wasn't quite what I prepared for so they didn't move on with me but you can do it.
Had a phone interview. Was a very nice conversation. Didn’t get a request to for another interview, but I would have liked it if I did. I don’t think I was the right fit for what they were looking for, but I appreciate they discerned that up front rather than wasting my time.
Three panels, with technical questions in each one. They had one about personality, one with over the shoulder programming, and one with a conceptual programming question. I did not think that the interview was super difficult, but they were looking for an intern and I was looking for a full time position, so I did not get an offer.
