Waterland interview questions

Zuerst coffee chat, sehr informell einfach team fit und kennenlernen, darüber lernen was Waterland macht und wieso man interesse hat. Wenn man das passt dann case study gefolgt von 2 interviews, case study ist ein kleines LBO, overall klassisches PE interview

The interview went quite well. The technical interview was split into two parts, first being the System Design and second being the Coding. The interviewer, who was a Senior Software Engineer, was supportive and communicated well with me and it felt like more of a collaborative effort, where I did do the heavy lifting, but was given pointers into the right direction. We even held design choice discussions.
