A few interviews after sending resumes . Not too easy or too hard. HR does pre screening. Questions are standard . Manager interview is ok. If applying for management you’ll have more interviews. DEI is very important.

HR screening with a few simple background questions. Then asked for best time to interview then interview with manager. Took a few weeks from beginning to end. Overall good process.

Interview
I was initially interviewed by a single hiring person, it was easy and fun. Then I had a second interview with several supervisors, which was informative and relaxed. During this time I received lots of e-mails and personal support to continue with and complete the hiring process.
