Watchfire Signs interview questions

Got a couple of emails asking to setup a meeting. Did that and had a technical interview which covered the basics of C and C++ with the most practical applications like pointer array duality and the deference between passing by value and passing by reference

flew in. met with managers and other tech folks. answered a couple tech questions. weird part was, although I have decades of practical experience they wanted my college transcripts. The process took a while for me and I ended up accepting another position at another company.
