Interview process usually consists of a technical test followed by a 2 or 3 person panel who ask a list of prepared questions. The panel usually take turns asking questions. It is then followed with time for you to ask questions.

When you apply and meet their minimum requirements, you go test for the position and get a rank based on your score. I was ranked top 5, yet after countless interviews, no offer. It’s definitely a “who you know” environment. One of my interviews was later than scheduled (about 25 mins) because their current employee interviewed before me, so they rushed through mine. I have found that most are unprofessional, and usually they just have a friend employee join in the interview panel to check off the boxes. In an expected professional environment, these agencies have definitely disappointed especially if you have the experience, references and education.
