couple of interviews, virtual first then on-site meeting after. Presumably at least one more after that. This went on over the course of a few weeks, interviewer was flexible. First interview was fairly simple, some technical question asking about experience. Second had a few technical question but didn't feel like an interview, more like just learning about the lab. Didn't get the position but had a pretty positive experience overall
